Being in Tune With Your Clients

by Traverse Legal, reviewed by Enrico Schaefer - February 7, 2007 - 'The Greatest' Philosophy

Chuck Newton, my favorite third wave attorney.

Chuck turned me on to a great post by Larry Bodine over at the LawMarketing Blog.

Larry Bodine states that lawyers must be more in tune with the language spoken by their clients. He is correct. Clients don’t care about impeachment of experts. They do care about how to make more money, market position, market share and related business concepts. Certainly, return on investment would also be one of them. Check out Larry Bodine’s post and Chuck Newton’s comments when you get a chance.
